Session description
The wind industry services the current fleet of offshore wind of over 5,000 turbines. Operation and maintenance (O&M) represent today about 30% of the life cycle cost of an offshore wind farm. In 2030 there could be over 200 wind farms requiring O&M services, equivalent to more than 12,000 turbines across Europe. This session will present how we improve existing O&M techniques based on insights from our operational wind farms and with tools for real-time data monitoring.
