Biography

Matteo Anzalone has been working in the wind industry for 15 years. He is currently a senior wind engineer at Saipem SpA involved in the development of wind energy onshore and offshore projects. He is graduated from the Politecnico of Turin in environmental engineering. After her studies he spents 13 years in various Italian engineering companies and he has been involved in the implementation of wind energy sector: potential site identification, selection and screening studies, organisation wind farms design, permitting and due diligence activities. During these years he has developed thorough knowledge in wind resource assessment based on pre-construction stage and due diligence activities. In Saipem SpA he has now engaged in the development of green energy hub in the Mediterranean sea.
