Biography

As a graduate electronics engineer, Hélène PULCE has carried out at EDF group several missions of expertise and project management about electricity distribution networks and IT. In the EDF Group Strategy Division since 2017, she contributes, in connection with EDF business units, to studies and actions to promote high-performance and low-carbon technologies in buildings, for new construction as well as for renovation.
