Mr Ramirez is an MBA and Electrical & Control Engineer . He started in the wind industry in 1996 – 25 years, and has since worked for two major Wind OEMs, in five pillars: • Engineering (7 years) on Electrical and Control systems in wind turbines • Business Development & Sales on Electrical Machines and Drives (5 years) • Wind turbines Business Development in new countries (5 years) • Hybrid Business Development, including Hybrids wind + PV , Gensets, Storage ( 5yr) • Last 3 years on Strategy, Product and business development on Hydrogen and Efuels and applications always with link to renewable generation (wind + PV). Mr Ramirez is active in Working Groups in the Industry , as Electrification in Wind Europe, and hydrogen in VDMA
