With a recent rise in COVID-19 cases in Denmark, the Government have brought in a few additional health measures effective from Monday 29 November. Masks will be reintroduced into a few public spaces – public transport, malls, shops and healthcare facilities. COVID passports will also be extended to universities and government buildings.

This will have no impact on the rest of Electric City. We are already making use of COVID passports, and masks are not required – but they are available around the venue for those who wish to use them. We will not be imposing any new restrictions for the rest of the event.

For more info on the new measures, please check the Danish government website: https://en.coronasmitte.dk/rules-and-regulations

Hello from the WindEurope team and the exhibitors already building their stands in the Bella Center! The safety of our participants and staff at our event is a top priority. Working with local authorities and the venue, and under our own strict precautions, we have put extra measures in place to allow you to enjoy the experience whilst keeping yourself, and others, safe.

While masks are not obligatory, we will have them available onsite and our staff will encourage delegates to wear them inside the conference rooms and other common areas. We’ve increased overall venue sanitising and ventilation frequency. We’ve built meeting areas where people will be able to meet while keeping distance.

Each exhibitor appointed H&S point of contact and we’ve a great network to effectively communicate and coordinate H&S activities before and during the event. Read more about our Health & Safety measures.
