Session description
Is the wind industry ready to start a huge development of green hydrogen installations in terms of health and safety?
Wind energy and hydrogen are parallel industries located in the same area but are very different businesses with different skills and associated risks, training standards and culture. After all, managing electrical risks is markedly different than emerging risks and hazards of green hydrogen production, but they are likely to become increasingly connected industries.
This panel will discuss how can we combine these two businesses safely. Do we have a workforce prepared to work in this environment?
How do we recognise the different competences of people specialising in one or the other?
