When: Tuesday, 23 November 2021, 11:30 - 12:30
Where: Safety, Skills & Training Zone - Hall C4
Session description
The Pandemic forced the supply chain to quickly adapt and accommodate digital and blended learning solutions for training. Several training providers were ready to deliver blended learning solutions at an early stage, encouraging competition during 2020-2021 with digital delivery now widely available
But which new ways of training, or innovations, are going to stand the test of time? And how far can technology actually help? What are the implications for quality and how can standards be maintained? The panel will review the past 24 months, highlighting key developments and debate the significance of this shift from the physical, to the virtual.
