Biography

Philip is the Head of Energy Policy & Government Affairs at Enapter. Enapter designs and manufactures highly efficient hydrogen generators and energy management software. The core technology is our standardized and scalable AEM electrolyser. The flexible device produces hydrogen for energy storage, fuel in vehicles, raw material in industry or fuel for heating. Our goal at Enapter is to make green hydrogen cheaper than fossil fuels. Prior to joining Enapter he worked in the Legal Affairs Division of the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Geneva as well as a Law Clerk in the Clearingstelle EEG, a German ADR institution for settling renewable energy disputes.
