Biography

Maryna Hritsyshyna joined Sayenko Kharenko after almost seven years at DTEK RENEWABLES. She specializes in renewable energy projects. She regularly advises on complex projects in the renewable energy sector, and has extensive experience of drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including wind turbine supply and installation agreements, turnkey agreements (including, EPC under FIDIC forms), service agreements. Her expertise also covers all legal issues related to the construction of renewable energy projects, as well as regulatory issues relating to the offtake contracts and tariffs. Maryna also has extensive experience in litigation linked to renewable projects in Ukraine, typically protecting the interests of investors. Maryna represented the interests of the country’s largest RES producer in disputes with the energy market regulator regarding the non-adjustment and decrease of the feed-in tariff. Ms Hritsyshyna is a mediator of the Energy Community Secretariat’s Dispute Resolution and Negotiation Centre.
