Biography

Mauricio Fragoso is an oceanographer with a PhD in Computational Modeling in Environmental Engineering from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. In 2018 joined CLS (Toulouse, France) as the Director for Energies and Infrastructures Monitoring Business Unit, in which he works closely together with CLS affiliates Woods Hole Group, TRE-Altamira, Prooceano, CLS Southern Africa and recently, Meteodyn to provide offshore and onshore services using satellite technology, in situ measurements and modeling worldwide.
