Biography

Melo has been working with the wind energy theme for 5 years. Interest in the topic of offshore wind energy came 4 years ago, where research into the costs involved in the entire life cycle of an offshore wind farm project. He is currently a researcher at the Creation Research Group (UFRN-Brazil).
