Biography
Mr. Georgiev is currently working as a junior researcher at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. He is currently enrolled as a master student at Lund University studying Animal Ecology. He combines knowledge obtained from two very different undergraduate degrees: Zoology (United Kingdom) and International economics (Bulgaria). This combination if very applicable in the field of wind power as idustrial and economic development often meet ecological surveys. Throughout his studies he was been involved in projects like the predator-prey relationship between bats and bush-crickets, comissioned by the Max Planck Institute for Ornithology. His volunteer expirience includes ringing birds at the Skagen bird observatory in Denmark. His current research is focused on the impact of wind turbines on wildlife.Posters
