Biography

Stefi is a Psychologist and Post-Doctoral Research Associate at the Centre for Human Factors, University of Hull. Over the past three years she has specialised in conducting field research in the wind industry with a particular interest in human factors and employee wellbeing, with a particular focus on employee fatigue. This has allowed her to develop both a psychological and practical understanding of the issues faced by the industry in these areas. Her focus is on devising evidence-based solutions to organisational human factors issues
