Biography
Fabrice is a Research Scientist at IFPEN since 2005 with an expertise in control and signal processing. At IFPEN, he worked in control design for automotive applications and then on the development & deployment of innovative ground-based LiDAR data post-processing algorithms for site assessment. Since 2015, he is wind turbine control project manager. He has been implied in various research projects : SmartEole collaborative project addressing wind turbine and windfarm efficiency improvements, involving a wind energy supplier and a LiDAR manufacturer; Development and industrialization of real-time incoming wind reconstruction strategies applied on raw LiDAR data; LiDAR assisted wind turbine control development; Wind farm optimization strategies (curtailment + wake steering); Adaptation of LiDAR assisted control for a floating offshore wind turbine and Wind turbine retrofit involving LiDAR assisted control business case study. .Posters
