Session description
This session is going to explore the people element to crew transfer vessels. Siemens Gamesa will share the work they have been doing on behavioural safety and their technicians. The University of Hull are going to present findings from the SPOWTT project, which looks at the human impact of transit and optimising transit decisions. Offshore Turbine Services will share their experiences of operating vessels in the industry. The G+ Global Offshore Wind Health and Safety Organisation are chairing the session and inputting to discussions with both the panel and audience.
