Port of Greenore has joined the OWPP in February 2022
The Port of Greenore plans to develop a Dockyard (private facility) in Cork Harbour as a pre-assembly hub for both fixed and floating turbines. Additionally they’d like to develop Greenore as an O+M Hub for at least 3 fixed projects off the coast of Dundalk, known as the relevant projects in Ireland. They have experience for the last 10 years handling wind turbines in the Belfast Port.
