Biography

After graduating in mechanical engineering in 2000, Felix Henseler (46) worked for ZF in Friedrichshafen in sales for clutches, brakes and gearboxes for machine tools. In April 2003, he moved to Flender, where he was responsible for service sales for rail gearboxes Later, he managed the service department for rail gearboxes at the Herne location. After further positions as sales manager for rail gearboxes in new business, as well as regional sales manager for Europe for the entire Flender product range, Felix joined Winergy in November 2011 as head of strategy and marketing. In 2014, he became fully responsible for the entire Flender strategy, and since summer 2016, he has been leading Flender's global industrial business. Since June 2021, Felix joined the ZF group as SVP and CEO of the business unit ZF Wind Power.
