Meeting rooms

All meeting rooms at the Bella Center and the Bella Sky Hotel are now fully booked for all event days.

There are seating areas available throughout the venue to be used on a first come first served basis. It will not be possible to reserve them.

You will be able to find some seating areas in the following spaces:

• Hall C:
  • Ocean Winds Coffee Bar – Hall C2
  • Fluence Coffee Bar – Hall C3
  • Orsted Coffee Bar – Startup Pavilion – Hall C4
• Hall D
  • Axpo Coffee Bar – Hall D
• Hall E
  • Electrification stage – Hall E
• Conference Area – Level 1
  • Poster Area
  • In front of Auditorium 10, 11 and 12
