About Proxima Solutions
Proxima Solutions GmbH is a German company, whose main purpose is to digitalize the energy transition by developing IT software solutions for the renewable energy industry. We are a small size company based in Berlin and Madrid, since 2017 we’ve been developing Energy-Log, Wind-Log, and Hydro-Log, a suit of solutions that give asset managers, O&M and technical commercial managers the power to know in detail their assets behavior for better decision making.
Wind-Log, our main product, is a software as a service solution (SaaS) designed to ease wind farms’ monitoring and optimize energy production. Since its first version was released in 2018, several relevant improvements have been made. Today Wind-Log counts with ten modules making it a powerful and holistic tool. As part of Wind-Log improvements, we have developed artificial intelligence algorithms oriented to predict failures and outages. The predictive analytics service has served to early identify possible damages leading to savings of more than 1.1 million euros in one year and a half. Over 55 cases have been identified in one of our clients’ portfolio of 500 MW.
750 wind turbine generators, equivalent to 2.2 GW in wind energy are connected to our solutions. Some of the clients that already trust our solutions are BKW, Energy Infrastructure Partners (previously Credit Suisse), FRI-EL GREEN POWER, Helvetic Wind, Prime Capital, and Fosen Vind.
