Control Room Operator
Control Room Operators monitor and manage the performance of wind farms from a central control room. They respond to alarms, coordinate with field teams, and support daily operations as well as planned maintenance or repairs, helping ensure continuous and reliable power generation.

Monitor wind farm performance and power production using control systems Respond to alarms, faults, and system events Use SCADA and monitoring tools to track asset status Coordinate technicians, vessels, and maintenance teams Support planned operations, outages, and repairs Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and grid requirements Record operational events and prepare reports
