Global Power+ Graduate Development Program
Ready to accelerate your career in the energy transition? Hitachi Energy's Global Power+ Graduate Development Program is an 18-month international programme designed for STEM graduates. Participants complete three six-month rotational assignments across different business areas, geographies and technical disciplines, building a strong professional network while gaining hands-on experience in a global company shaping the future of sustainable energy.
