Biography

David is a Chartered Civil Engineer with almost 20 years of experience in large infrastructure and oil and gas projects. David has Masters degrees in Civil Engineering and Construction Law. In 2020 David joined the Wind and Marine Energy CDT at the University of Strathclyde where he is now researching operations and maintenance of offshore wind farms. David's research interests include, Health and Safety in Offshore wind, accessibility of offshore wind farms, contracts and project management.
