Biography

Damian is a Vice President and Head of Corporate Development at SkySpecs. Damian has over 18 years' experience working in corporate advisory, project finance and strategy. He has advised both corporate and private equity clients on all aspects of strategy including acquisitions, disposals, strategic development, fundraising and restructuring. Damian was a founding member of Fincovi, a financial asset management software platform, which was acquired by SkySpecs in 2019.
