Biography

Anna Łukaszewska-Trzeciakowska is an economist by education and an MBA graduate. She started her professional career in defense sector companies, where she was responsible, among others, for for international projects, restructuring, consolidation, international cooperation, strategic business projects, as well as for supervision of foreign delegations. From 2007, she worked in the energy sector, including as the President of the Management Board of Elektrownia "Kozienice" SA She also ran a business in the field of advisory and consulting for large-scale energy projects. From 2017 to 2019, she was responsible for corporate affairs, PR and communication at the Polish Electricity Committee. She was an Expert and Plenipotentiary at the Ministry of Maritime Economy and Inland Navigation. She prepared a model for financing infrastructural investments and opinions in the process of national and EU legislation related to water management, energy, including the development of renewable energy sources. In 2020-2021, she was the Director of the Regional Water Management Authority in Warsaw. In 2021, she worked in companies of the ORLEN Capital Group. She was the President of the Management Boards of Baltic Power and ORLEN Neptun, where she was responsible for the development of Polish and foreign offshore wind energy projects. She has many years of experience in Supervisory Boards of State Treasury companies. She is a member of the Offshore Wind Coordination Council. She is fluent in English and Russian, and fluent in German.
