Biography

Michał Motylewski is an attorney-at-law in Dentons’ Warsaw office and Europe Energy Practice Development Counsel in Dentons' Europe energy team. Michał focuses on international and domestic regulations regarding energy transition: redesigning energy markets towards climate neutrality, implementing the EU internal market’s electricity and gas reforms in its member states, developing regulations and investment projects involving new technologies and sectors, including offshore wind generation, hydrogen, and energy storage as well as electrifying national economies. Michał represents clients in legislative development projects, advising on developing and applying support systems for renewable energy sources, energy storage facilities, capacity markets and implementing network codes. He also advises on regulatory aspects in strategic investment planning and financial security covering energy, transportation, and industry.
