Biography

Qualified attorney in the EU and US, worked in lawfirms/Italian Competition Authority and joined DG Competition/European Commission in 2005. Worked on the energy and environment unit on state aid matters and contributed to the drafting of 2022 EU Guidelines on state aid for energy, climate and environment. Joined DG Trade/European Commission in 2022, working currently on international trade aspects of energy/raw materials, free-trade agreements/partrnerships negotiations on energy and raw materials.
