Biography

Pierre Tardieu is Chief Policy Officer at WindEurope. He leads WindEurope’s Policy Department covering advocacy, innovation, market intelligence and stakeholder engagement. Pierre joined WindEurope in 2011 and has a decade and a half of experience in European Climate and Energy policy. He holds degrees from College of Europe, Paris Catholic Institute and Strasbourg Institute of Political Science. WindEurope is the voice of the wind industry, actively promoting wind energy across Europe. It gathers over 500 members from across the wind energy value chain: wind turbine manufacturers, component suppliers, power utilities and wind farm developers, financial institutions, research institutes and national wind energy associations.
