Biography

Mathieu Kervyn has a background in offshore project engineering, converters and converter control. His PhD was in the integration of renewable energy sources to weak grids at the University of Strathclyde. Mathieu has been with the ORE Catapult for 1 year. His current areas of focus are wind farm electrical systems, HVDC, generator health monitoring, hardware in the loop testing and the integration of hydrogen offshore.
