Holger Groke was born in 1973 in Walsrode, Lower Saxony, Germany.
Working as a student trainee in a company for radar and sonar applications
he received Dipl.-Ing. and Dr.-Ing degrees in Electrical Engineering both
from the University of Bremen, in 2005 and 2012. 2005 to 2016 he worked
as scientific engineer at the Institute of Electrical Drives, Power Electronics
and Devices (IALB). From 2013 on he was team leader in the field of drive control.
Since May 2016 he is university lecturer at the University of Bremen. His research
fields include control of electrical drives & electric power engineering.
