Sustainability Leader, LM Wind Power

Biography

Katelyn Huber joined the wind industry in 2014 at LM Wind Power's headquarters in Denmark. As Sustainability Leader since 2022, she is responsible for defining the company’s sustainability strategy. She also leads strategic programs on carbon neutrality, circularity and zero waste blades, and represents LM Wind Power in cross-industry forums, including the WindEurope Sustainability Working Group. Katelyn has experience working across multiple disciplines to integrate sustainability objectives. In 2020 she joined LM Wind Power’s Engineering department as Product Life Cycle Leader, and before that she was part of the company’s Global Communications & Sustainability team, responsible for driving the company's external and internal communications. In 2012, Katelyn graduated from Willamette University in Oregon, USA with a B.A. in Politics and an Environmental Science minor. She moved to Denmark in 2013 after being awarded the Danish State Scholarship to complete an M.Sc. in Human Security at Aarhus University.
