Biography
Amaia González-Garrido received the B.Sc. degree in renewable energy engineering in 2015 and the M.Sc. degree in the field of electrical systems in 2016 from the University of the Basque Country (EHU-UPV), Spain. She is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree about the optimal control and operation of renewable energy sources with storage systems, at UPV-EHU in collaboration with the Energy Storage and Management Department at IK4-IKERLAN Technology Research Center. Her main research interests include the control and operation of renewable power plants together with energy storage systems, and optimal energy management strategies for their participation in electricity markets and ancillary services.Presenter
