Biography

Katarina Selenić was born on December 31, 1994. in Belgrade, Serbia. She finished elementary school "Radoje Domanovic" and 10th Gymnasium as an A Graduate in Belgrade. In 2013. she enrolled at the School of Electrical Engineering at the University of Belgrade. She graduated at the Department of Power Engineering on September 28, 2017. year. Dr. prof. Željko Đurišić was a mentor on her undergraduate thesis "Optimal allocation of distributed generation and reconfiguration of micro-grid", which she presented and got awarded with the highest grade 10. She continued her education as a master student at the mother University, at the Department of Renewable Energy Sources, where she wrote her graduate thesis “Conceptual design of pumped-storage hydro power plant on Skadar Lake in Montenegro”. In October this year she moved to Munich, Germany, and currently is enrolled at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), Master of Science in Power Engineering (MSPE) programe.
