Biography
Dr. Marko Ladehoff began his career at Airbus in Hamburg in 1999. He started as a mechanical engineer for propulsion systems on A400M aircraft & became Design Built Team leader for Auxiliary Power Unit. In parallel, he got licensed & certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 & BS OHSAS 18001. In 2003, Dr. Ladehoff moved to Airbus France in Toulouse to take a leading function in Quality Fleet Management in A380 program. After 8 years he moved back to Hamburg as Director Quality for civil aircraft manufacturing. In 2013, Dr. Marko Ladehoff joined Nordex Energy in Hamburg as Head of Supplier Quality Assurance for tower, nacelle as well as rotor blade. Subsequently, he became Senior Vice President for the entire PQA & SQA for Wind Turbine Generator manufacturing also after the merger with Acciona Wind Power in 2016 for worldwide production facilities. In his current position, Dr. Marko Ladehoff is responsible for the entire QHSE guidelines, certification & compliance within Division Europe of the Nordex Group.
He holds a doctorate in Electronic Data Transmission Technology from the ENAC University in Toulouse, France.
