How can the Offshore Wind Industry ensure the competency and proficiency of the workforce required for the Development, Construction and Operation & Maintenance of Future Offshore Wind Pipeline? The session will examine challenges to attract and recruit enough workforce with the right skills, including aspects such as transferability of skills and workforces between offshore wind and other industries.
