20 March	11:00 – 12:15	Students’ plenary welcome session – Conference Area, Luxua 2 An introduction to the green transition and job opportunities in the wind sector. Speakers: Marcos Suárez, Wind Project Manager, Basque Energy Cluster Oliver Wykes, Chief Policy Officer, WindEurope
21 March	12:15 – 13:00	Student inspiration panel – Powering the Future Stage An exciting storytelling session where students learn about the young talent & skills the sector is looking for, and what the sector is offering. Speakers: Noelia Nogales López, Offshore Technology Information Security Officer (TISO), Iberdrola Órán O’Brien, Graduate Project Engineer, Bord na Móna María Villanueva, Product Engineer, Haizea Wind Izaskun Zamakona, Project Manager, Ormazabal Myriam Iturgaiz, Project Manager Wind Energy, Ingeteam Moderator: José Ignacio Hormaeche Azumendi, Director General, Basque Energy Cluster.
	13:00 – 14:30	Student networking lunch – Amsterdam Room, Level 2 An opportunity for students to exchange with their peers, the speakers from the inspiration panel, the sponsor, as well as to prepare for the campfire session and exhibition visit. Open to all students.
	15:30 – 16:30	Campfire session – Room 3, Level 5 An opportunity for students to express their demands, concerns, requests, and interests regarding their future jobs to the industry. 22 March	All day Basque Pavilion Tours taking place at specific time slots – see registration form.	Meet the exhibitors – Exhibition floor, incl. Basque Pavilion Tours An opportunity for students to get direct feedback from potential future employers and discover the wind industry from the inside. Open to all students.
