Biography

Pauline Fournols is Advisor for Energy and Environment at WindEurope. She advises on energy and environment policies and regulatory development affecting wind at EU level. This includes e.g. Permitting, Biodivristy rules, State aid, Market Design. Prior to joining WindEurope in 2021, Pauline has been working on EU energy and climate policies for the European Commission, the French Union of Electricity and the NGO Transport & Environment. Pauline has a background in history and political sciences and holds degrees from the College of Europe, Strasbourg Institute of Political Science and Strasbourg University.
