Session description
With the Net Zero Industry Act, governments must now apply pre-qualification criteria and non-price award criteria for at least 30% of their auctions. What was before only an incentive will be now be mandatory. The details of these pre-qualification criteria and non-price award criteria will be further defined in secondary legislation which the Commission is now preparing. How is the industry preparing to it? How governments will make use of it?
