Launch of WindEurope Offshore Wind Ports platform and LEANWIND Stakeholder Showcase

WindEurope will launch the WindEurope Offshore Wind ports platform at the Port of Oostende, Belgium, on Wednesday 7 September inside the Hotel Andromeda.
WindEurope is proud to support this new and exciting platform initiated by the Port of Oostende and REBO. Ports, developers, manufacturers and the wider supply chain are warmly invited to attend the inaugural meeting and hear about the challenges and opportunities in today’s ports. This is a valuable opportunity for participants to meet the ports in one place and input to the platform the requirements that will ensure continued success for offshore wind.
On Thursday 8 September, the Port of Oostende will also be hosting the stakeholder showcase for the EU-funded LEANWIND project, which will present the first outputs in leading edge research into logistical efficiencies and naval architecture.
Don’t miss this opportunity to meet fellow project developers, manufacturers, representatives of ports, health & safety and O&M professionals to exchange ideas and learn from practical examples and successes from European ports. This will also give you the opportunity to provide us with valuable feedback on the presented outputs.
