As a dynamic and exciting technology company we’ve had great success so far. 2020 even with all its challenges has brought a period of rapid growth for Zeigo. Zeigo closed two rounds of investment during both Brexit and a pandemic which is a testament of its resilience. The Zeigo platform is helping to build a greener future and now hosts more than 300 projects totalling 20GW and more than 100 renewable energy developers are using the platform to access the market.

Zeigo has become a member of 3 new accelerators (Shell Startup Engine, Tech Nation Net Zero, Barclays) and continues to receive recognition in the industry and high-profile awards. Zeigo was the winner in the Best Business Solution in Technology category at the TELCA Awards as well as in the Innovative Energy Product of the year category at the EMA Energy Management Awards. Zeigo’s founder Juan Pablo Cerda was also highly commended for “Entrepreneur of The Year” at the Business Green Awards 2020 and Zeigo was shortlisted for an Innovation Award at the British Renewables Energy Awards. Zeigo has also partnered with leading players BloombergNEF and S&P Global Platts launching a series of European PPA Price reports.

2020 culminated with Zeigo providing a seamless, quick, and efficient service leading to executing Zeigo’s first PPA deal on behalf of Downing LLP. With a successful 2020 behind Zeigo, the company has an ambitious set of goals for 2021 so that sourcing impactful energy doesn’t cost the earth.
