Session description
The rapid developments of the wind energy require new skills and competences from people working in or entering into the industry. The session will discuss this challenge and see how the businesses adapt their HR strategies, where do they do their talent spotting and how the new educational needs are reflected in the academic programmes.

- Digitalisation and new tech: what are industry and academia doing to assess the impact of new technologies on the development of skills and competences?
- Crossing new boundaries: from HR perspective, what does it take to set up a business in a new country or continent?
- Younger people entering the labour market are searching for continuous opportunities to develop themselves and learn in unconventional way: how can the industry meet their expectations?
- Innovation: how does the industry attracts top brains and innovators? Do we have the right supporting scheme to support talents?
