Biography

Stine Würtz Jepsen is Vice President, Head of HR & HSE in MHI Vestas Offshore Wind A/S and part of the Executive Management Team. She is an experienced offshore profile with a vocational background within Leadership. As Head of HR & HSE, Stine is responsible for all HR and HSE related activities throughout the company with business activities and employees both in- and outside Europe. She has extensive experience within the Wind industry starting back in 2007 when she joined Vestas Offshore. Since then, Stine has been heading several areas within HR, Health & Safety, and also Quality in Vestas Wind Systems – mainly within the Offshore area. She was very involved in the establishment of the joint venture between Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Vestas Offshore A/S, which was officially launched as MHI Vestas Offshore Wind A/S in April 2014.
