Biographies are supplied directly by presenters at WindEurope Summit 2016 and are published here uneditedDr. Desmond is a Senior Project Engineer at the Lir National Ocean Test Facility, University College Cork, Ireland. He holds an MSc. in Renewable energy Systems Technology and a PhD. in Wind Energy. Before joining UCC, he was employed by DNV-GL where he worked in the project development team.
