Presenter's biography
Biographies are supplied directly by presenters at WindEurope 2016 and are published here uneditedDrew Eisenberg, design and innovation engineer, at Siemens Wind Power, focuses on wind turbine blade aerodynamics. He develops tools for aeroelastic loading analysis and business case development of new technologies. He leverages his expertise in power curve creation and validation to develop software for determining wind turbine platform configurations and cost modeling. Drew has most recently developed wind turbine leading edge erosion models which can predict leading edge degradation. He has a masters degree in aerospace engineering and a bachelors degree in meteorology, both from Cornell University in New York, USA.
