Diego Coronado obtained in 2011 a double degree in mechanical engineering: from the “Universidad Tecnologica de Pereira” in Colombia and the “Ecole Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Metz” in France. In 2013, he received his second Master Degree in renewable energy from MINES ParisTech in France with a specialization in Hybrid system from Kassel University in Germany. Since 2013 he is a research associate in condition monitoring and reliability of wind turbines components at the Fraunhofer Institute for Wind Energy and Energy System Technology IWES, Germany.
