Mr. Al-Tameemi is an assistant lecturer at the University of Baghdad, Iraq/ Department of ‎Mechanical Engineering‎. He is currently a PhD student at the University of Sheffield, the United ‎Kingdom/ Department of Mechanical Engineering. He studied Computational Mechanics of ‎Material and Structures (COMMAS) at the University of Stuttgart, Germany and Mechanical ‎Engineering at the University of Baghdad. His research areas are Structural damping, Surface and subsurface bearing ‎damage, Solid mechanics, FE modelling, Tribology, ‎Microstructure examination, Steel inclusions, ‎Wind turbine transient loading‎.‎
