Session description
Following the North Sea Summit in Hamburg, Europe’s offshore wind and grid ambitions are gaining momentum. This session looks at what comes next: how countries can better coordinate planning, share costs, and mobilise the financing needed to deliver an increasingly interconnected offshore grid.
Speakers will explore emerging approaches to financing, cost sharing and cross-border risk allocation to support multi-country cooperation projects. The discussion will also highlight the policy, regulatory and investment actions required to turn ambition into implementation to deliver a resilient and cost-effective offshore grid for Europe.
