Biography

Olivia Breese, Partner, based in London, has the overall responsibility for establishing and growing CIP’s efforts within regulated energy system investments in Europe as well as the organizational responsibility for CIPs Regulated Energy Grids (REG) investment team. Ms. Breese is an experienced energy transition executive with vast experience in public stakeholder engagement, business development, and investor/partnership engagement. She has more than 12 years of experience from Ørsted/DONG Energy where she left in 2024 as Executive Vice President with responsibility for Europe and Power-to-X. Prior to that she worked for several years at Linklaters LLP’s Project Finance and Infrastructure practice. Ms. Breese holds an MA from Oxford and a general diploma in law from BPP Law School, London.
