Biography

Dr. Thorsten Raible has been working in the energy sector for 10 years, hereof more than 5 years in the wind industry. At present, he is heading the Global Service Engineering Division at Enercon. Thorsten studied Mechanical Engineering at RWTH Aachen and Imperial College London and post-graduated to Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering. Before joining Enercon he spent 10+ years at Airbus in various technical and operational management positions and 4 years at Emerson Electric as Operations and Plant Manager, always combining the technical and operational focus.
