Biography

Mattia Cecchinato is Senior Advisor for Offshore Wind at WindEurope in Brussels since March 2022. He advises on policies, regulations, technology, and operations related to offshore wind, as well as relations with other sectors. He coordinates technical content and communication for WindEurope's working groups and coalitions. Prior to this, he worked as an Offshore and Sustainability Analyst at WindEurope from October 2018 to March 2022 and as an Environment and Planning Analyst from March 2018 to September 2018. Mr. Cecchinato holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Ca’ Foscari University, Venice, Italy.
