Chief Consultant - Offshore Wind Advisory, Ramboll

Biography

Paula is a MSc Civil Engineer with +10 years experience, and 7 years dedicated to the transport and logistics industry. She is currently a Chief Consultant for Offshore Wind Advisory in Ramboll. She is a qualified project manager (PMP) and trained in BIMCO contracts. She started her career as part of the transport and installation team for offshore wind projects at Scottishpower in London, and later at DEME in Antwerp. After this, she relocated to Spain and joined the freight forwarding industry, where she was involved in complex transport operations for Offshore Wind, Oil & Gas and Power projects. She has participated in projects such as: transport of floating foundations for Windfloat Atlantic project, transport of TPs for Merkur or Vineyard Wind project, transport of steel blocks for Dolwin 6 and Borwin 5 offshore substations, transport of pin piles for Baltic Eagle offshore substation.
